Llangattock Escarpment

The Llangattock escarpment is a long area of rocky cliffs from which a spectacular view over the town of Crickhowell and surrounding countryside of the Black Mountains can be obtained. This is a region of old quarries and steep slopes which is nice for hiking and bird watching and on this visit in July 2015 the weather was lovely in the late afternoon with beautiful light that invited me to take a photo.
